Family Reunion 2027 — Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Purpose

The Lestrade-Bruney Heritage (LBH) Family Reunion 2027 brings together members of our extended family from Dominica and throughout the world for four days of shared experiences, cultural activities, recreation and family fellowship. These Terms & Conditions establish the arrangements governing reunion package bookings, payments, participation, cancellations and related responsibilities. By purchasing a reunion package, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and any additional attendees included in their booking, to the extent they are authorized to do so. The LBH Reunion Planning Team (the Organizers) coordinates Reunion activities and arrangements with participating service providers.

2. Reunion Dates and Package Structure

The Reunion will take place from Sunday, July 25, through Wednesday, July 28, 2027, in Dominica. Four reunion package tiers are offered. Their inclusions, exclusions, prices and available options are described on the LBH Reunion Packages page. Purchasers should review package descriptions carefully before booking. Services not expressly included in a purchased package remain the attendee's responsibility.

3. Booking Categories and Responsibilities

A purchaser may buy reunion packages for themselves and other family members. The purchaser is responsible for accurate attendee classifications, the correct number of packages, applicable payments and communication with all persons covered by the booking. Adult booking options include Family Elder, Member of a Couple and Individual. These classifications assist with reunion and tour-group planning and do not change the applicable Adult age classification. Selecting Member of a Couple identifies the attendee's grouping preference; it does not automatically purchase admission for a second person. Children are associated with their family group and should be registered through a responsible parent or guardian.

Reunion Packages

The Four Package Tiers Available for Booking Today

4. Age-Based Booking Classification and Eligibility

Age classifications are determined as of July 25, 2027, the first day of the Reunion.

• Child: An attendee under 15 years of age on July 25, 2027.
• Adult: An attendee aged 15 years or older on July 25, 2027.

Child Rate Eligibility Declaration

I confirm that each attendee booked at the Child rate will be under 15 years of age on July 25, 2027. I understand that the LBH Reunion Planning Team may request reasonable confirmation of eligibility if necessary. If an attendee does not qualify for the Child rate, the applicable Adult rate must be paid before that attendee's booking can be confirmed, subject to the published booking and cancellation terms. I accept responsibility for the accuracy of the attendee classifications submitted with this booking.

Age Verification and Privacy

The Organizers do not routinely require or retain full dates of birth or copies of identity documents solely for determining package eligibility. Where reasonable verification is necessary, an authorized representative may privately examine supporting evidence. Only the verification outcome and essential administrative details should be retained.

5. Package Prices, Organizational Deposits and Payment Deadlines

All package prices are quoted in United States dollars (USD).

Non-Refundable Organizational Deposit

Each attendee's booking is subject to a US$75 non-refundable organizational deposit per person, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Organizing the Reunion involves shared expenses that must be incurred in advance, including planning, administration, coordination and financial commitments to local service providers in Dominica. These expenses benefit the family gathering as a whole and arise regardless of whether an individual attendee subsequently cancels. The US$75 per-person deposit contributes toward these collective organizational and preparatory costs. It is retained in accordance with the cancellation provisions in Sections 8 and 9, subject to applicable law. The deposit is not presented as a personal donation to the LBH Scholarship Fund.

Payment Deadline

Full payment for reunion tour packages must be received by April 30, 2027. Purchasers are responsible for completing payments by the deadline and providing sufficient identifying information for the Organizers to reconcile payments with bookings. Payments are administered through arrangements authorized by the LBH Reunion Planning Team. Receipts and booking confirmations will be communicated through authorized LBH channels.

Allocation of Any Surplus

Following the settlement of Reunion expenses, supplier commitments, refunds and other legitimate Reunion obligations, any surplus remaining from the organizational deposit funds will be donated to the LBH Scholarship Fund. This arrangement reflects the family's commitment to responsible financial stewardship and to supporting the continued development of future generations.

6. Booking Confirmation

A payment receipt confirms receipt of funds but does not necessarily constitute final confirmation of all booked arrangements. Final booking confirmation may depend on:

• Receipt of the required payment.
• Availability of the selected package and included services.
• Identification of the attendees covered.
• Correct age and booking classifications.
• Completion of necessary attendee information.

Any discrepancies or outstanding requirements will be communicated to the purchaser.

7. Booking Changes and Substitutions

Attendee substitutions are permitted, provided that the applicable booking and payment requirements are satisfied. Substitutions must respect the relevant age classification and package eligibility requirements. Where a substitute attendee falls into a different pricing category, any resulting additional payment must be made before confirmation. Purchasers should advise the Organizers of proposed substitutions as early as practicable. A substitution is not finalized until acknowledged by the Organizers.

8. Purchaser Cancellations and Refunds

Purchasers may request cancellation of their reunion bookings through the official Reunion Response Form. The following refund policy applies, subject to applicable law:

1. A US$75 organizational deposit per attendee is non-refundable.
2. All other payments made toward the cancelled attendee's booking will be refunded.
3. Refunds will be calculated in US dollars.
4. Where payments or refunds involve currency conversion, exchange-rate movements or financial institution conversion arrangements may result in a different amount being received in the purchaser's local currency.

The retained organizational deposit contributes toward shared preparatory expenses and financial commitments incurred in planning the Reunion, including commitments to service providers in Dominica. Any surplus remaining from organizational deposit funds after the settlement of legitimate Reunion costs and obligations will be donated to the LBH Scholarship Fund. Purchasers should understand that amounts ultimately received after currency conversion may be lower than the equivalent amounts originally paid.

9. Organizer Cancellation and Planning Confirmation

The Organizers intend to deliver the Reunion as scheduled and do not anticipate cancellation. Nevertheless, the Planning Team will undertake a formal review of Reunion arrangements on December 31, 2026, with the intention of issuing a further confirmation of the Reunion plans. If the Organizers subsequently determine that the Reunion must be cancelled, the following refund arrangement will apply, subject to applicable law:

• The US$75 organizational deposit per attendee remains non-refundable.
• All payments beyond the organizational deposit will be returned.
• Refunds will be calculated in US dollars.
• Currency exchange movements may affect the amount received in another currency.

The organizational deposit is intended to meet shared preparatory expenses and supplier commitments already incurred on behalf of the family gathering. Should cancellation occur, the Planning Team will reconcile the financial position, settle eligible obligations and refund amounts due to attendees. Any surplus remaining from the organizational deposit funds after settling those obligations will be donated to the LBH Scholarship Fund. The Organizers will communicate any cancellation promptly and provide affected purchasers with refund instructions.

10. Changes to Activities and Itineraries

The Organizers intend to deliver the published Reunion activities and itineraries. Changes may nevertheless be necessary because of weather, environmental conditions, supplier availability, transportation interruptions, health and safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the Organizers' reasonable control. Where practical, suitable alternatives will be arranged and affected attendees informed. Material changes to purchased package entitlements will be addressed fairly, taking account of the circumstances, services affected and applicable legal obligations.

11. Travel, Accommodation and Personal Arrangements

Unless explicitly included in the purchased package, attendees are responsible for arranging their own:

• International travel and documentation.
• Accommodation.
• Local transportation outside package inclusions.
• Personal expenses and optional activities.
• Travel and medical insurance.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance, including coverage for illness, cancellation and travel disruption. Accommodation, transportation and activity allocations remain subject to the arrangements confirmed for the purchased package.

12. Health, Safety and Accessibility

The Reunion is intended to accommodate family members of different ages, interests and mobility levels. The Organizers will make reasonable efforts to consider accessibility requirements and relevant personal circumstances when coordinating activities. Attendees are encouraged to communicate necessary dietary, allergy, mobility or accessibility information privately and sufficiently in advance. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors in their care unless specific supervised arrangements have been expressly established. All attendees should follow reasonable safety instructions and exercise appropriate care during activities. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability or legal rights where such exclusion would be prohibited by applicable law.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected through the LBH website, member personalization forms, booking system and related communications will be used to support family communications, Reunion planning, reservations, payments and associated administration. Access to personal information will be restricted to authorized persons with an appropriate need to use it. Information concerning dependent children will normally be associated with their responsible parent or guardian. The Organizers will seek to minimize unnecessary collection and retention of personal information. Further information is available in the LBH website Privacy Policy.

14. Photography, Video and Family Communications

The Reunion is a family gathering at which photographs and video recordings may be made. The LBH website Privacy Policy provides guidance concerning photography, sharing and the privacy of family members. These recommendations will be reinforced in Reunion documentation and Town Hall discussions. Parents and guardians will receive additional communications reminding them to remain vigilant concerning photography and the sharing of images involving children. Acceptance of these booking terms does not constitute unrestricted consent to public or promotional use of an attendee's image.

15. Communication and Dispute Resolution

Questions, concerns, correction requests and disputes relating to Reunion bookings should be submitted through the official LBH Reunion Response Form. The Planning Team will review submissions and make reasonable efforts to resolve issues fairly, respectfully and promptly. The Response Form is the designated channel for documenting booking concerns and facilitating their resolution. It does not restrict rights or remedies available under applicable law. Purchasers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details so that important communications can reach them.

16. Amendments to These Terms

The Organizers may revise these Terms & Conditions to clarify procedures or reflect approved operational changes. The terms accepted when a booking is made will ordinarily govern that booking. Material amendments affecting existing bookings will be communicated and handled in accordance with applicable law and any required purchaser agreement.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a reunion package purchase, the purchaser confirms that they:

• Have reviewed the selected package and its inclusions.
• Understand the US$75 non-refundable organizational deposit per attendee.
• Understand the payment deadlines and cancellation arrangements.
• Accept responsibility for accurately classifying attendees included in the booking.
• Have read and accepted the Child Rate Eligibility Declaration.
• Understand the possibility of currency exchange losses when refunds are processed.
• Agree to these LBH Reunion Booking Terms & Conditions.
