You will only use this page and form once, when you first register.

If you already have a WordPress account, this registration form will let you know that, and help you to reset your password. The reset instructions will be sent to the email you use here. Please go there and follow those instructions.

After you create your account here, you will be automatically logged in to the LBH website. In the future, you will only need to use the LOGIN panel of the LBH Welcome page.

You should typically use "Auto-generate a secure password for me" only if you use a password manager. Auto-generated secure passwords are a complicated mix of letters, numbers and other characters. They are impossible to remember, and very difficult to type in. That's their whole point! Use of any type of password manager is highly recommended, to make secure passwords a standard part of your login credentials.

All phone brands offer a default password manager. iCloud Keychain from Apple, Google Password Manager on Pixels and any Android phone, and Samsung Pass on Galaxy devices (also usable on other Android devices too) are among the more widely known ones. There are others on other brands. 

Third party Password managers are very useful for the independence they offer from any manufacturer, plus additional services they may include. But they require an investment of effort first. Do your research before you choose one as your preferred password management and data security tool.
